Cabins

Prices include linens (which are changed weekly) and exclude daily pool fees. Single night stays are accepted. From May 31st, through September 30th, the regular all-season rates are as follows:

Daily / Weekly $155 per night

Pet Cleaning Fee

(an additional $60 cleaning fee is assessed if it is necessary to clean your cabin)

Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day (2-night minimum)

Camping & RV Sites

Prices exclude daily pool fees. Camping and RV rates are $35 per night.

Mobile Home Sites

A seasonal site rental, from May through September (Labor Day ) is $3,600. This includes family pool membership and requires that the trailer be removed by the end of the reservation period.

RV and campsites are closed until further notice

Pool Fees

Daily pool usage is $8 per person. A seasonal Individual Membership is $225.

A seasonal Family Membership (for up to 6 people) is $525. Please plan on purchasing your food and drinks from the Poolside Grill

Please note that each person will be checked at the gate for proof of membership. Anyone, not able to show proof that their name is on the membership list, will not be admitted to the pool, unless they pay the daily use-fee. This will be strictly enforced at the gate.

Policies & Provisos

Payment Policy: Full payment for your entire stay is due in advance in order to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa and American Express only. We accept checks up to two (2) weeks prior to arrival, and not thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: We have a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy, so any change or cancellation must be completed fourteen days prior to your arrival. Thereafter, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and your deposit is non-refundable. If you are booking a single Holiday Saturday, we do require an additional night, which may be a Friday or Sunday, depending on special holidays. Owners and Management reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone for any reason. If a guest is abusive to our staff or to other guests, or is creating a public nuance, Owners and Management reserve the right to cancel your occupancy in mid-stay without refund. Note: A service charge of 10% will be deducted from any deposits refunded.

Please note: Cabins have a creative collection of cooking utensils, dishes and silverware to accommodate a maximum of (5) persons. Linens (sheets, towels, pillow cases, blankets, and toilet paper) are included in your reservation cost. Cleaning is done once each week for weekly and monthly stays. Guests will be charged full repair and replacement costs for all damages and replacements, and Guests will give our staff pre-agreed right to charge your credit card for any such damage or loss.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome and must be on a leash. They cannot be brought into the pool area or left tied to the pool fence. A $30 fee is added to room cost for pets.

No Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking, and there will be a $250 special cleaning fee if you smoke in the cabins. All common indoor areas such as the Rec Hall, General Store and Coffee Shop are also non-smoking.
