Rates for 2010

Cabins

Prices include linens but exclude daily pool fees. Single night stays are accepted Sunday through Wednesday and on day of arrival. From May 31st, through September 30th, the regular all-season rates are as follows:

Mobile Home Sites

A seasonal site rental, from May through September (Labor Day ) is $3,000. This includes family pool membership for up to 6 persons and requires that the trailer be removed by the end of the reservation period.

RV and Campsites

17 RV/Campsites are available for daily use. Sites include water and electrical hookup.
There are no dumping facilities.

Capacity: Maximum of 5 individuals per campsite

Pool Fees

Daily pool fees: Adults $8, Children under 12 years old, $6

Cabin guests staying at least 7 days: $5 per person per day, for up to 5 persons

Three-day midweek Sunday through Wednesday pass: $15 for all ages

Individual Season Membership: $195.

Family Season Membership (for up to 6 people): $485

Please plan on purchasing your food and drinks from the Poolside Grill. Do your part in keeping Pine Grove financially viable

Please note that each person will be checked at the gate for proof of membership. Anyone, not able to show proof that their name is on the membership list, will not be admitted to the pool, unless they pay the daily use-fee. This will be strictly enforced at the gate.

Policies & Procedures

Payment Policy: Full payment for your entire stay is due in advance in order to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa and American Express only. We accept checks up to two (2) weeks prior to arrival, and not thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: We have a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy, so any change or cancellation must be completed fourteen days prior to your arrival. Thereafter, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and your deposit is non-refundable. Weekend nights require 2-night minimum stay. Some holiday weekends require 3-night minimum stay. Owners and Management reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone for any reason. If a guest is abusive to our staff or to other guests, or is creating a public nuance, Owners and Management reserve the right to cancel your occupancy in mid-stay without refund. Note: A service charge of 10% will be deducted from any deposits refunded.

Supervision of Children: Children 8 years of age or younger may not be left by their parents or supervising adults within the pool fence without said adults being present at all times. Infants and children not potty trained may not be allowed in the pools without wearing waterproof diapers

Please note: Cabins have a creative collection of cooking utensils, dishes and silverware to accommodate a maximum of (5) persons. Linens (sheets, towels, pillow cases, blankets, and toilet paper) are included in your reservation cost. Cleaning is done once each week for weekly and monthly stays. Guests will be charged full repair and replacement costs for all damages and replacements, and Guests will give our staff pre-agreed right to charge your credit card for any such damage or loss.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome and must be on a leash. They cannot be brought into the pool area or left tied to the pool fence. A $50 fee is added to room cost for pets.

No Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking, and there will be a $250 special cleaning fee if you smoke in the cabins. All common indoor areas such as the Rec Hall, General Store, Laundromat, and Coffee Shop are also non-smoking.
